1. Forget UV protection

Protecting the skin from harmful UV rays is becoming increasingly important and is one of the top beauty rules for flawless skin. This is because sun rays release free radicals that cause the skin to age faster. Skincare experts advise wearing sunscreen at all (times of) the year, even if you don’t explicitly expose yourself to the sun. For very fair or sensitive skin types, this rule applies anyway. On vacation or during longer stays in the sun, a classic sun protection product with a high sun protection factor is mandatory. Not using UV protection is not only a skin care mistake, but can also lead to long-term damage to the skin.
